- You will be attached to the sponsor of Mr. /Mrs.……………………………. ID’s No……. sponsor shall be solely and fully responsible proper guide, suggestion, good faith to promoter time to time.
- The company is involved in the process of Gold, Education & Insurance Product selling. The company will be receiving amount by selling the products. Amount once received is non refundable and non transferable. This amount will be invested in maximum selling product, promotion and marketing. Administrative and Financial Management, event, training programme. The promoter status is non transferable.
- Promoter will be responsible to regularly keep in touch with company management. In case of any change in address and communication activities keep the company informed timely. The company reserves the right to alter or change the business marketing plan, proposal and it’s varieties, prices, term and condition any time without any prior notice.
- The gold product designed and manufactured by Gold Manufactured agency. On behalf of agency company will guarantee and assurance to promoter. The agency is liable and responsible to any defect of gold products.
- Promoter will be responsible for offering any false commitment, and any promise to this effect or offer any other attractions to tempt and misguide to any person to join the business of company.
- Logos, Trademarks, Copyright, designs are the sole property of the company. Promoters shall have no right to use of company name and advertising structure without permission in writing by the company.
- Promoter has to pay all types of charges all applicable taxes and other tax with holding duties and levies, TDS deduction including services charges, meeting fees, promotion charges, advertisement, pool and event management fees or other types of fees or service charges as required by the company of betterment of the program as and when required.
- The terms and condition between the promoter and the company shall be governed by the laws of India and any dispute or differences between the promoter and the company shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the sub ordinary courts in JAIPUR City only.
- Cheque return charges Rs. 500/- shall be recovered from the sponsor ID or promoter ID.
- The promoter shall deposit all the collections made on behalf of the “PRIYANSHI TRADEMART LIMITED” for the sales of products of the company of the new promoter only at the office of “PRIYANSHI TRADEMART LIMITED”. Or at the authorized distribution centre of the company (as per list published from time to time). The company shall not be responsible / liable for any liability for the payments / remittances made / deposit other than the office of the “PRIYANSHI TRADEMART LIMITED”. Or at the authorized distribution centre of the company.
- The company will allot an I.D. No. on receiving amount from promoter and will assure the promoter for giving eight payout of growth incentives through SECURITY BOND. If promoter has received eight payouts then security bond will deemed to be redeemed on such payouts.
- The company shall not be responsible for delays and failures in performance hereunder, where performance is made commercially impractical due to normal circumstances beyond the failure of either parties’ usual source of supply, Government decrees or order.
- The payout shall be given only after this form is submitted along with copy of PAN card.
- The promoter is not allowed to use Company’s network or marketing / promoting any products or scheme which is not related to company.
- In case any dispute shall arise between the promoter / sponsor and company there of matter decide by arbitrator (according to Arbitration and Conciliation ACT 1996)
